Bug Description

The mirroring operation has broken because of a possibly missing log-file directory:

* Creating archive mirror in the background. Check /home/ubuntu/.maas-cert-server/apt-mirror.out
* for status information.

* Mirror operation complete.
*
* If you are running this to update the archive mirrors, now we can
* run the cleanup script to remove unneeded archive files and free up
* some disk space.

* You can run the cleanup script manually any time by running the command
* /srv/mirrors/archive/var/clean.sh.
