maniacs-setup isn't downloading correct tarball for ARM64

Bug Description

The maniacs-setup script is not downloading the correct tarball for KVM testing of ARM64 systems. It should download:

{version}-server-cloudimg-arm64.tar.gz

This file isn't being downloaded, as of 0.2.30-0~76~ubuntu16.04.1. I *THOUGHT* that I'd addressed this in my fix for bug #1718204, but either I didn't or something's blocked that part of this fix from being deployed to weavile.

Is this still an issue, or was this resolved by updates to MAAS or Maniacs-setup?
