Bug Description

On ARM64 and ARMHF platforms, the virtualization/kvm_check_vm test uses tarballs, not .img files as on other platforms. This detail is not correctly handled by the MAAS preseed files or by the maniacs-setup scripts, both of which assume the use of .img files for kvm_check_vm on all platforms. Note that this bug interacts with bug #1718201 and bug #1718200.
