Bug Description
for cases where you need to fully re-configure MAAS, there should be some sort of "redo" option in maniacs-setup.
This would do at least the following (plus any other steps found necessary):
delete ~/.maas-cert-server if it exists
log the default user out of maas (maas logout admin)
delete ~/.maascli.db if it exists for the default user
re-run all the maas setup steps
And this should also have some sort of warning before execution that it's destructive and could result in a non-functional maas environment, YMMV, YOU ARE WARNED, etc...
