Bug Description
maniacs-setup fails to append "GA" to "Ubuntu 16.04" name when importing custom image. It does so for Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04 images. (In all these cases, of course, I'm referring to the actual GA/.0 release, not subsequent point-release images.)
