python crashes with "Illegal instruction (core dumped)" due to lxml

with lxml 5.2.0, python 3.10.12 crashes with "Illegal instruction (core dumped)" on my machine x86_64 (Linux 5.15).

with lxml 5.1.0 downwards, it works
