Bug Description

https://lxml.de redirects to https://www.fridaysforfuture.org/

Not sure if website was taken over. It's only the root page which redirects and google's description of the site in no way matches fridaysforfuture so not sure if this was a mix up or a site take over.

Thanks for the heads-up, but it's done on purpose (only for the next couple of Fridays). Some things are just more important than XML.
You can get the homepage back at https://lxml.de/index.html

I think this should stay in place as long as FFF is a thing, and not just a couple of weeks.

Could it be iframed or have a couple second notice before redirect? I get
and think the cause/supporting is good but it was extremely confusing being
new to the project.

Granted that a frameset would be nicer. I didn't want to invest too much time into this at the beginning, so a redirect was the quickest way to do it.

Are you aware that a plenty of people start to google until they find this bug because they are simply confused by this redirect? How big is the carbon footprint caused by this redirect?

1) Some people certainly need a little longer until they understand the obvious. That is perfectly ok.

2) Only few people are forced to use Google for web searches. Everyone else can choose alternatives.

3) I already said that a frameset would be nicer. If you want to provide an implementation with a suitable explanation, I promise to consider it.
