Migrate to python-xklavier

Bug Description

It could be a good idea to migrate lxkeymap to python-xklavier. There are several advantages :
- Query automaticly available layouts
- Don't hardcode translations and layouts

You can find example on the upstream project :

There is also a python applet for Awn which use it : http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~awn-extras/awn-extras/trunk/view/head:/applets/maintained/dialect/dialect.py
