Server Hang when refresh and new clients try to join

Bug Description
Order of events to make it hang:
0. Start the Server
1. Start GUI (any clients already running will be shown online)
2. Start client on another machine... gets "Server not available"
3. Click "refresh". Client machine then begins talking to server
4. Server Hangs. Client and GUI no longer communicating with Server.
Brien and I are going to look into this issue.
