Bug Description

luciole 0.8.5 (ver. 77), on ubuntu karmic.

In the project file there's a <projectPath> element, which is used as a base for the path to the rush files. This causes that if you move the project folder somewhere else after created, the project will fail to open (it won't find the rush files).
Luciole could use the path to the project file as a base, so to become path independent. In other words, <rush_dir> would be relative to the same folder the project file is in.

This is a minimum patch that allows to open a project from anywhere. If this is used, a bit more code can be removed (where the xml tag is created, f.e.).
