The problem is due detection of v4lsrc driver instead of v4l2src. The reason is that hal detect video4linux.version = '1' who imply usage of v4lsrc, but phillps webcam SPC 1030 NC only operates with v4l2src.

A solution is to test with v4lsrc if webcam operates ok , if not test with v4l2src. Allow only detection with v4lsrc if hal detect 2 for video4linux.version.

Return None and No data . If nothing is detected to avoid problem view in image snapshot, i.e. webcam seems to be detected but reallly not shall display No webcam detected in that case
