The bug also affects 32-bit versions. A fix has been released for 2.0.1 in maverick, but version 2.0.0 in lucid backports is still broken.

I ended up building 2.0.1 on lucid from the maverick sources. As Steven Hirsch suggested, I simply removed the version requirements from the two unsatisfied dependencies. (The maverick binaries complain about needing libkemoticons, which doesn't sound very important.) The build was successful and seems to run fine, though so far I've only used it to rip CDs.
I'm attaching some warnings I saw on the console during the build. I don't know if they really mean what they say.
