Bug Description

Please backport the latest Arista Transcoder release to Ubuntu 10.04. I regularly get bug reports and feature requests for things that are now possible with the newer versions, and users can now create new presets themselves easily via the official website.

http://www.transcoder.org/downloads/

Here is the upstream Debian package:

http://packages.debian.org/sid/arista

New stuff in the latest release:

    * Tons of crashes and issues fixed
    * New preset format (not backwards-compatible)
    * New presets not compatible with Arista 0.9.3 currently in Ubuntu
    * Nautilus extension
    * Desktop notification integration
    * Ability to transcode entire folders or lists of files via both the GUI and terminal client
    * Ability to install downloaded presets easily

Thanks!

Hello,

Just a couple of questions...

1) what are the build results in Lucid?
2) Any changes required to the source from Maverick to Lucid?
3) Does it install/upgrade properly
4) does it run properly.

Thanks
Steve
