Bug Description

Hello,

CPU overloading found after awaking the Dell D600 laptop with lubuntu 4.4.0-138-generic (16.04.5 LTS 32bit) from suspension:
root 4770 58.1 0.2 32688 4800 ? Rl 07:52 17:36 /usr/lib/NetworkManager/nm-openvpn-service --bus-name org.fr
Happens rather rarely, happened at least 3 times to me already. OpenVPN 2.3.10 i686-pc-linux-gnu

Interesting log lines found (they are not copy&paste, but my custom translation from non english language):
(bash: syntax error near unexpected token "tun0")
(bash: info: Directory or the file does not exist)
(activating: command not found)
(bash: syntax error near unexpected token „(“)

Full log entried from syslog matching "vpn" i attached tot his bug report. I am willing to cooperate to help find the bug. Thank You
