Bug Description
some fullscreen games use f11 but this is catched by the desktop shortcuts
F11
Toggle window fullscreen mode
how to make it possible that full screen games and other programs can use all keys?
which shortcut to use so its possible to get out of an hanging full screen program?

You need to be more clear on what you want. Do you want to disable all f key shortcuts permanently or just temporarily? If the latter, what would trigger them to turn on and off?
