Bug Description
Downloaded beta 2, checked sha256sum, created bootable USB, installed on 2005-era Dell laptop with 1GB RAM.
Went thru installer with the following scenario, as I've done often before:
- no wifi
- manual install, creating new partition table (root, swap, and home partitions)
Went thru installer much of the way, until unexpectedly, I got a window reading "installer crashed". Apport collected various data, but because I was offline, showed a message showing "network problem - cannot connect to crash database".
At least the system dropped me to a usable live session, which I'm submitting this report from.
Thanks,
Ken.

After installing python3- launchpadlib to enable apport to collect more data for this ticket, I got the following message in terminal:
"(apport- gtk:18330) : dbind-WARNING **: 22:22:24.541: Error retrieving accessibility bus address: org.freedesktop .DBus.Error. ServiceUnknown: The name org.a11y.Bus was not provided by any .service files /launchpad. net/+authorize- token?oauth_ token=6xnjhM1SF cBg0764q8rl& allow_permissio n=DESKTOP_ INTEGRATION)
The authorization page:

should be opening in your browser. Use your browser to authorize
this program to access Launchpad on your behalf.
Waiting to hear from Launchpad about your decision...
Gtk-Message: 22:22:59.968: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is discouraged."
I enabled launchpad to access my computer via the browser, but got a message from apport to the effect that "no further data was collected".
Thanks,
Ken.
