Bug Description
On updating lxqt packages 2015-nov-1, all panels disappeared after restarting lubuntu.
Reported bug to lxqt.org, traced the problem to a missing dependency in lxqt-panel package.
See https:/
Specifically, running 'lxqt-panel &' yields:
>~$ lxqt-panel &
> lxqt-panel: error while loading shared libraries: liblxqt-
The needed package, liblxqt-
lxqt-runner seems also to have the missing dependency, per discussion on lxqt-org's bug tracker.

As written in the said upstream report I could confirm your findings on Ubuntu 15.04 but the problem seems to have been fixed in latest packages from ppa:lubuntu- dev/lubuntu- daily, at least on 15.10.
IMO this issue can get closed. @rogerfranz Could you eventually report back whether this is still an issue for you?
