Bug Description
The lubuntu 17.10.1 iso image boots on macbookpro but shows a black screen throughout.
Adding the nomodeset kernel parameter fixes the issue.
I used

to find the solution to the issue.
I changed the grub boot menu to add a macbookpro submenu with the correct parameters.
I kindly request that this patch (or a suitable replacement) be included in newer versions of the distribution, to ease installation on macbookpro.
