sddm-theme-lubuntu-chooser does NOT display 'reboot' and 'shutdown' buttons

Bug Description

If you set this as the sddm theme you will not see the two button, hidden at the top left outside the screen margin.

$ sddm-greeter --test-mode /usr/share/sddm/themes/lubuntu-chooser/
...
