Bug Description
The problem described in previous reports still persist. There is no "busy" cursor when Lubuntu application is started. The openbox version in 16.04.2 is 3.6.1-1ubuntu2 and the problem is fix in Zesty /3.6.1-4ubuntu1 https:/
