No sound with sound blaster live card

Bug Description

I am running the latest version of Lubuntu on the Live CD. It is 15.04 but I have the same problem with older versions. This bug doesn't occur with Linux Mint 17.1, but I can't use it because it is too slow, so I use Lubuntu.

Right now I use my ATI video card and I want to output audio throught my sound blaster live. On Lunbutu, the OS only detects the HDMI output from my video card as a sound output. I only use the Live CD, I don't have a hard drive.

So if I run <<lspci -knn>> on Mint, it says this:

Thanks for your report. Could you try to install pulseaudio and pavucontrol and see if it's working for you ?

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect <bug #>

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
