Bug Description
StartupNotify=true in .desktop -shortcut. Does not seems to provide busy mouse cursor or other notification when application is launched from desktop, panel or menu. I'm using default mouse cursor theme (DMZ white/black). Some kind of feedback should be provided when users starts the application.

Not fixed on LUbuntu 16.04.1 or any of its spin-offs (like LXLE 16.04.1) using LXDE+openbox, "Startup Notification" doesn't work! If could help, FEDORA 24 LXDE+openbox has a fully functional working "Startup Notification", but uses LXDM instead of Lightdm.
