Bug Description

Problem:
Imagen an average users changes a panel option that leads into an unusable desktop shell for him (there will be a lot of WinXP users in the near future). Or he miss configures PcMan.

Solution:
Add a button to ‘Desktop Preferences’ to restore the OS defaults. Maybe the easiest thing would be to delete all profiles after asking the user if he want to rest all Lubuntu programs.
