Bug Description
Problem:
Resizing a window looks kind of broken. The selected window flickers and a strange growing gray border is displayed.
Solution:
Prevent the window from flickering (maybe even show a static image). Show the user instead of a growing gray border an (blue colored) bold outline which displays the current window size if the user would stop resizing right now.
