UI - too much top and bottom padding in AbiWord & Gnumeric

Bug Description
Problem:
There is IMHO too much top and bottom padding for the toolbar elements in AbiWord & Gnumeric. The buttons look alien compared to the other buttons and the general Lubuntu system style.
Solution:
Reduce the to and bottom padding to the same hight PcMan uses.
