Lubuntu UX - Window close buttons are too small

Bug Description
Problem:
The window close, maximize and minimize buttons are too small which makes them hard to click -> especially for average users.
Solution:
Increase the left and right padding of the buttons. Maybe add some visual lines to group them too.
Button outline suggestion:
Add a button outline that gives the mind a hint, which tricks the mind to draw an imaginary button separator line between the actual buttons. (see attached images).
