There are several places we need to check for this.

In the client environment, the nbi images will hang around indefinitely, which is what I think this bug is about.

ltsp-update-kernels removes them in the tftp dir, as long as there's a corresponding vmlinuz/vmlinux version also being removed.

Since we're not generating .nbi images by default anymore, I'm marking this as "won't fix".
