Sound preferences are not restored on login/saved on logout

Bug Description
I use the Sound preferences applet to set the "master volume" of the session.
If I logout and login back, my volume is reset to its default value and I need to change it again.
I think it would be a nice feature to save/restore this setting during logout/login.

Closing old LTSP bugs as they're no longer relevant after LTSP has been rewritten from scratch.
