Ubuntu Server 15.04: Missing pxelinux.0 on tftpboot/ltsp/chroot

Bug Description

I've got a fresh install of Ubuntu Server 15.04 x64 (xubuntu) and Ubuntu Desktop 15.04 x64 (xubuntu). This seems to be the same sort of bug that appeared on Ubuntu 14.10 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ltsp/+bug/1387773)

After installing ltsp-server and run ltsp-build-client to build a thin client , I noticed that the file pxelinux.0 is missing in tftpboot/ltsp/$CHROOT folder and $CHROOT /boot

I installed pxelinux and syslinux -common packages on server and even I rerun ltsp - build-client the problem persists .
