Bug Description
CentOS 6 reboot / halt process on workstations doesn't complete.
It runs through /etc/rc0.d/S01halt, and at the bottom it re-exec /sbin/init and fails. It fails because /sbin/init no longer exists since further up it killed unionfs.

This patch skips unionfs's PID to killall.
I've made it /etc/init. d/ltsp- halt and created /etc/rc0. d/S00ltsp- halt to preceed S01halt. I did this because I think yum upgrade will overwrite etc/init.d/halt.
