Students get no confirmation in signup process

Bug Description

When I open registration for my students, the can enter their details and send them to the server for processing.

That part works fine, but they don't get any visual confirmation, the screen doesn't change. So they think it didn't work and click OK again, and again ...

Debugging this I found that it fails in this line:

msg = _("Your request was successfully delivered for review.")

So it seems to be an issue with internationalization.

Oh thank you for this submission. I found the same solution for this problem because I was not aware someone already solved it... so for the coming 18.04 version it is fixed in: https://git.launchpad.net/~ltsp-manager/ltsp-manager/commit/?id=c1e5415d7bfdfa591bfcd057025cdcaa9c1a6be2
