ltsp-manager initial setup and update commands do nothing on Ubuntu 17.04

Bug Description
Installed both 16.04 and 17.10 versions of ltsp-manager on ubuntu 17.04 from repository. Same Result.
I then ran from terminal to get some output.
alan@Desktop:~$ sudo ltsp-manager
[sudo] password for alan:
