switching locale causes problems with user passwd display

Bug Description

The passwd and group information gets mangled after switching locale.

Removing ~/.config/ltsp-manager and/or ~root/.config/ltsp-manager works around the issue until switching locale again.

Worked around in https://git.launchpad.net/ltsp-manager/commit/?id=f1089eebbc0c3225688b286c4d721d4d9fe77a0c, will properly fix it later on.
