Bug Description

When using Kino or Kdenlive to capture hi8 tape from a Sony Handycam digital8 camera, a horizontal flashing line appears at the bottom of the video screen of about 3% of the height of the image.
Like a vertical overscan. Dvgrab is taking in too much vertical picture.

This line only appears when using tapes originally recorded in a non digital Sony Hi8 camera.
When viewing the Digital8 LCD camera screen on playback, that line does not appear.
Tapes recorded in that Sony digital camera in a digital fashion do not show that line.
Only in the captured video sent to the computer using dvgrab does that line appear.
And it appears on every tape recorded in the non digital Sony camera and played back on the Sony HandyCam.

When capturing using WMM in win7, the line does not appear.
So the camera does not display the line on its screen and WMM does not display that line on captured files. So it must be some kind of vertical overscanning being done by dvgrab.

I uploaded a clip which shows this line

Actually just disregard this bug report. I looked at the WMM file closely and the line is also there.
The line does not appear with tapes recorded as digital hi8 in the digital hi8 sony Handy cam.
But with another software system exhibiting this, It cant be a bug even though annoying.

Perhaps there could be a feature adjustment to adjust overscanning the vertical height.

Just want to add, that that line does not show up in the Sony Handycam LCD ever.
And watching some youtube videos, I see that line, so it may have something to do with the way video is recorded to tape from analog systems?
