Bug Description
When you drag and drop a frame on the timeline, the behaviour of the insertion is not absolute, but it depends on the direction of your movement. That is:
moving a frame from right to left will drop the frame just before your reference frame.
moving a frame from left to right will drop the frame just after your reference frame.
On the contrary, when you copy and paste a frame this is always pasted after the reference frame.
I think this is poor usability.
