Bug Description
Some portions of the LSB web infrastructure ought to be provided on mirrors or
backup sites.
Easy: refspecs ought to have a backup location, the official LSB specs ought
never to vanish completely
Not sure what other content or services ought to exist, how "official" the
status of those backups needs to be, or how to direct people to those locations
if the primary goes missing. (specdb/navigator, wiki, bzr, package download on
"ftp" and package repos, etc.)
