Bug Description

For libraries added in a development version, navigator does not make it easy
to drill down on details because filters are not pervasive.

Follow this scenario:

1. Open navigator (http://linuxbase.org/navigator)
2. Under LSB Elements, click Libraries
3. In the upper right hand, set the filter to 5.0 (devel)
4. scroll down to a library which is "included since 5.0" - I suggest
libgio-2.0
5. notice that the generic library has 1642 interfaces, and they can be
acceessed by clicking on the "list..." link.
6. click on the library itself

Now we have the report on Library 'libgio-2.0'
LSB Status: Included since 5.0

but then in the table, we have a column "Interfaces in LSB 4.1", which is
pretty useless in this context. Is there a way we could show the interfaces
that would be in 5.0? I know it's always a little tricky to decide how to
handle devel versions.
