Bug Description
As non-LSB-format (i.e. not RPM) packages are now allowed, some guidance should
be given. Particularly, readers should be instructed how to check whether the
runtime is ready to accept an LSB-conforming application, namely whether the
required modules are supported. An rpm package can depend on
lsb-core-
package has the possibility to use lsb_release to make a similar determination.
