Bug Description

A distribution doing 4.1 testing is gettting a number of failures for libqt3-mt
on vtable changes. Example:

400|36 24 1 16:44:44|IC Start
200|36 24 16:44:44|_Z10QUtf8Codec vtable of base class
520|36 24 0 0 0|Base vtype for 0x7fa1905546c0
_ZTVN10__cxxabiv120__si_class_type_infoE (expected) doesn't match 0x32a18e5bf0
_ZTVN10__cxxabiv120__si_class_type_infoE (found)
220|36 24 1 16:44:44|FAIL
410|36 24 1 16:44:44|IC End

It's likely that these are being caused by our poor handling of C++ inheritance
structure changes. At any rate, we need to investigate why this is happening.
