Bug Description
Because SUN never bothered with honoring the FHS its standard jvm locations
were incompatible with it and distributions had to invent new conventions.
Nowadays it seems there are two main java locations standards, one for rpm
distributions (originating at jpackage) and another for deb distributions,
evolved in parallel at about the same time. However they are not too different
and it should be possible to make them converge.
Since java is a *huge* part of what's deployed on unix systems (and more widely
used than some of the bits already specified in the FHS), and its steward (SUN,
now Oracle) made a mess of file locations, please clean it up in the FHS
