Bug Description
"Optional" parts of the FHS tend to be "you can skip having this, but if you
do, it needs to look like so". We need to check whether we even need such
sections, and if we do, whether our requirements are actually still true.
In particular, check to make sure many of the "optional" parts are really even
used anymore.
