Bug Description
I've had people argue that because /home is "User home directories", any UNIX
user should have an homedir in /home (including apache, cron, mail, etc users),
making a travesty of the rest of the FHS
Please clarify that /home is reserved for human users, and that
system/
/srv/ /var/lib, whatever)
