Bug Description
Chapter 3, section /etc starts:
> The /etc hierarchy contains configuration files. A "configuration file"
> is a local file used to control the operation of a program; it must be
> static and cannot be an executable binary.
There follows a footnote (#4) which reads:
> The setup of command scripts invoked at boot time may resemble System V,
> BSD or other models. Further specification in this area may be added to
> a future version of this standard.
The footnote seems to be out of place.
Perhaps footnote #5 was meant to go there instead?
> It is recommended that files be stored in subdirectories of /etc rather
> than directly in /etc.
