Bug Description
A concern has been raised about where to put the files used internally by an
SQL database system to store its data.
/srv contains data which is served by this system -- true.
/var/lib holds variable state pertaining to an application -- true.
The files in question are not accessible except through the application
program, so they are "internal state". But the same could also be said of
/srv/cvs. They are also "served by the system", because the SQL database is
accessible by TCP/IP.
We would appreciate clarification.
