Bug Description

Since the interfaces in the gdk-3 and gtk-3 libraries have no IntStd entries
(these are the ones that map an interface to the specification in which it
is documented, and additionally provide a url fragment for use by LSB Navigator
to display a specific page), they do not appear in the 5.0 specification
drafts in the interface tables, since selection for those tables is done based
on IntStd entries.

This is not a new/unknown issue, it's just cleaner to split it out from the
general "add gtk3" bug.

The two initial attachments to this bug will be data collected from the
symbol index for each library at developer.gnome.org. html has been trimmed
down to something which should be able to be parsed to produce IntStd entries -
the one additional step is the interface name needs to be mapped to an
Interface.Iid, since IntStd entries take the id.
