Bug Description

The simplest way to explain is to paste from devchk build:

cups_raster_h.c:146:1: warning: ‘cupsRasterReadHeader’ is deprecated
(declared at /usr/include/cups/raster.h:370) [-Wdeprecated-declarations]
cups_raster_h.c:152:1: warning: ‘cupsRasterWriteHeader’ is deprecated
(declared at /usr/include/cups/raster.h:374) [-Wdeprecated-declarations]

these are not marked deprecated in LSB; if we do so, we should add
corresponding InterfaceAttribute entries to explain.
