GTK and QT4 Test

Desktop Tests: v 4.0.4-2 is a great improvement over v 4.0.0-2. Failures has
dropped significantly compared to the previous version. What we have
outstanding are 3 failures for GTK and 4 failures for Qt4.

qt-4.6.2-16.el6.x86_64
