Bug Description
When we created the 5.1 branch, we did so by copying 5.0. It's possible that
changes in 5.0's pkgconfig files will bring them out of sync with 5.1. Those
issues should be resolved after 5.0 ships.
We know of at least one specific instance: the cairo-gobject pkgconfig file was
missed by accident, and added in 5.0, but hasn't been copied to 5.1.
Filing this bug to ensure it happens. It probably should not be dealt with
before 5.0 ships, in case more changes are needed during the 5.0 beta.
