Linux has general C++11 support starting with gcc 4.7 or thereabouts. We need
to support this.

One of the main tasks will be to figure out what supporting C++11 means:
libstdc++ symbols, ELF features, etc. Also, to what extent should we block
C++11 support when building for previous versions of the LSB?
