Bug Description

IN IRC today:

09:45 lsb_tester> mwichmann: My libstdc++ tests failure says : "Some of the
locales used for this test are missing. Please see the gcc
manual for the list of locales used by the test suites, and
install them on the test machine:"
09:46 lsb_tester> mwichmann: But the gcc manual link seems to be broken. Any
idea where can I find the list of locales ?

And an intermediate answer is at:

https://wiki.linuxfoundation.org/en/DistributionTestPrep#Locales_related_issues

which notes: Until these issues in the tests are corrected, we suggest running
the tests on a system setup for a en_US locale

but I do not see the bug for this filed ... filing

This bug may be improperly sited. The wiki notes: lsb-test-libstdcpp (also
xts5 as affected
